2. Orders by Businesses
 

• For businesses, we accept payments by bank transfer from a minimum order value of €350.

• Orders can be placed via our webshop or by e-mail with full business details. You will then receive a tailored quote by e-mail.
   

3. Bank Transfers
 

• For every transfer, the invoice number must be provided as a reference.

• Payments without an invoice number cannot be automatically assigned by our system, which may cause delays.

• Correctly stating the invoice number saves costs and ensures fast processing or production of your order.
   

4. Bank Details
 

• Our bank account remains unchanged.

• We send offers, invoices, and all official communication only via our official company e-mail addresses under the domains: @iconaxa.de, @iconaxa.nl, @iconaxa.com.
   

E-mails from Gmail, Hotmail, or other private providers are not official and are not considered binding by us.
 

5. Communication
 

• For inquiries about your order (via e-mail or phone), always provide your customer number or invoice number.

• If our team is not immediately available due to high workload, we can contact you later quickly and check your order.
   

6. No Cash Payments
 

• For several years, we have not accepted cash payments due to extra administrative costs and risks.

• All payments are processed digitally to ensure secure and fast handling.
   

7. Fast Processing
 

• Following the above guidelines ensures your order is quickly processed or sent into production.

• Incorrect payment details (e.g., missing invoice number) can delay the process.
