B2C RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love your Iconaxa products and want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the item(s), subject to the terms and conditions listed below. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is due to a manufacturer's defect or damage during transit.
Right of return for private customers.
In case of damage
It is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage found upon delivery must be noted on the delivery note and reported immediately. Any damage not noted on the delivery note will be considered customer damage and is excluded from the warranty. If not reported within 2 days of delivery, the defects and discrepancies will be considered "acceptable" and will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you return a damaged item, you will be refunded the purchase price, taxes, and delivery charges.
Proof or receipt
Proof of purchase in the form of the original receipt is required for exchanges, returns or service requests.

Delivery costs will not be refunded unless the returned item has a manufacturer's defect or was damaged during transit.

Merchandise returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer's defect or damage will be subject to a restocking fee and a redelivery fee. The restocking fee does not apply to non-furniture items, as defined above.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment, except for cash and check purchases, which will be issued by a company check, which may take up to 15 business days to process. If a purchase is made using a rewards voucher and the merchandise is returned, the reward will be forfeited unless an exchange of equal or greater value is made at the time of return. It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture will fit through all internal structures and into the desired space. Items returned or exchanged due to size will only be refunded in the form of a gift voucher, less the original delivery charge and/or restocking fee. For merchandise picked up at home, refunds will be processed once they are received and inspected at our warehouse. Depending on the pickup location, this refund may take up to 30 days to process.
